Lead regulatory compliance, accreditation, and licensure activities; ensure Joint Commission, CMS and state standards are met; oversee public reporting and quality metrics; drive performance improvement, survey readiness, policy review, staff education, and corrective actions across clinical service lines.

Lead El Camino Health's internal audit function by developing and executing a risk-based audit plan, managing operational/financial/compliance/IT audits, reporting to senior leadership and the Board, overseeing audit quality and staff development, supporting ERM, coordinating with Compliance/Legal/HR, and tracking corrective actions to strengthen controls and governance.

Leads an integrated enterprise talent and people strategy across talent acquisition, workforce planning, development, mobility, succession, belonging, wellness, and retention. Partners with the CHRO and executives to align workforce capabilities with healthcare growth and clinical priorities. Oversees talent framework design, workforce analytics, employee experience initiatives, HR technology, and success metrics while leading multidisciplinary teams and large-scale change.
