Lead and scale an Enterprise sales team across the West region, owning quota attainment, sales strategy, compensation, customer segmentation, and deal support. Build product and partner knowledge, foster team performance and collaboration, and travel to support deal creation and closures.

Lead technical strategy and integrations with OpenAI and Anthropic, build prototypes and reference architectures using Elasticsearch as the retrieval layer, influence product roadmap, own partner relationships, and create co-branded go-to-market and enablement content.

Lead strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of global post-sales processes (onboarding, adoption, renewals, expansion). Drive cross-functional initiatives, own post-sales tools governance and data quality, define success milestones and reporting, and shape the post-sales technology roadmap to improve customer outcomes and operational efficiency.
