Provide expert client support for mortgage loan registration and structuring, analyze AUS findings and DTI scenarios, resolve escalations, deliver training, create documentation, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive client success and process improvements.

Manage operational execution of mortgage trades from confirmation through settlement, including TBA and specified pool trades, GNMA pooling and certification, bulk bidding support, loan delivery coordination, settlement resolution, and cross-functional communication to ensure accurate investor execution and timely settlements.

Lead the Communication Underwriting department, set underwriting communication standards, ensure compliance with agency and investor guidelines, drive operational excellence, mentor leaders, manage escalations, partner cross-functionally, optimize LOS/AUS workflows, and improve quality, productivity, and client experience across mortgage underwriting.
