Support revenue leadership by managing calendars, time zones, inboxes, meeting preparation, correspondence, action tracking, travel, board logistics, offsites, and operating cadence. The role requires independent prioritization, strong communication, discretion, and emotional intelligence. It also involves automating administrative workflows such as briefing preparation, scheduling, triage, and recurring reporting using AI tools.

Leads the Corporate Account Management team, owning retention, renewals, expansion, cross-sell, and quota performance across a high-volume SaaS portfolio. Designs scalable post-sales playbooks, embeds AI agents and automation into workflows, coaches Account Managers, drives segmentation and staffing strategy, and represents customer needs in product and revenue decisions.

Own and evolve ElevenLabs’ global compensation and total rewards strategy across 46+ countries. Responsibilities include compensation philosophy, job architecture, leveling, pay bands, equity and incentive programs, compensation cycles, governance, calibration tooling, and globally scalable benefits. Partner with Operations, Legal, and Finance while advising senior leaders on complex compensation decisions and introducing AI-enabled workflows.
