Own paid acquisition and website conversion optimization to drive qualified pipeline and measurable growth. Manage LinkedIn, Meta, SEM, and other performance channels; oversee funnel metrics, attribution, and ROI; design A/B tests and growth experiments; improve landing pages and UX flows; analyze results using marketing and BI tools; and evolve the marketing technology stack in partnership with product, design, engineering, and GTM teams.

Own product operations for EliseAI’s housing product line, partnering with Product, Engineering, clients, Legal, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include translating requirements into workflows and specifications, conducting client discovery, coordinating launch readiness, managing enterprise implementations, resolving post-launch issues, synthesizing customer feedback and product data, scaling monitoring and support processes, and supporting compliance initiatives.

Lead AML/BSA, KYC/KYB, fraud, transaction monitoring, and sanctions compliance programs. Manage banking and financial institution relationships, oversee investigations and UAR/SAR processes, translate regulations into operational controls, coordinate audits and examinations, track regulatory developments, and deliver compliance training. Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Product, Engineering, and Operations to support responsible product growth and regulatory readiness.
