Serves as the technical liaison between the company and suppliers of machined and fabricated components. Clarifies drawings and specifications, improves manufacturability, leads pre-manufacturing meetings, resolves process discrepancies, supports deviations and nonconformances, analyzes supplier defects, develops manufacturing guidelines and procedures, and conducts supplier qualification audits. The role collaborates with Engineering, Drafting, and Manufacturing and requires up to 50% travel.
