Build and lead production AI agents for research, software, hardware, data, and operations workflows. Establish reusable agent infrastructure for models, tools, orchestration, context, memory, retrieval, permissions, approvals, and long-running execution. Develop trusted data integrations, evaluations, regression testing, observability, monitoring, and failure-analysis systems. Evaluate frontier models and agent-development tools, set architecture standards, review code, and advise leadership on strategic analytical initiatives.

Own enterprise product strategy and execution across collaboration tools, admin controls, security, billing, and generative AI creative features. Partner with sales to translate enterprise needs into requirements, align product, engineering, design, and leadership around the roadmap, and coordinate across teams for a cohesive experience. Conduct direct customer discovery, manage ambiguity, and deliver complex multi-stakeholder products for advertisers, filmmakers, studios, and production companies.

Design end-to-end user experiences for AI image and video products, including user journeys, interaction flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI. Partner with product, engineering, and research to translate user needs into requirements, prioritize impactful features, address edge cases, and shape product direction. The role requires strong product thinking, collaboration, communication, and comfort working in an ambiguous startup environment.
