Provide personalized academic advising and student support from admission through graduation. Develop degree completion plans, guide course selection and registration, monitor academic progress, support at-risk students, and conduct proactive outreach. Maintain student records and advising documentation across university systems, analyze academic information, coordinate with faculty and support departments, and connect students with financial aid, registrar, military affairs, career, and other campus resources.

Supports instructional design and development projects by creating, revising, managing, and evaluating online course content. Collaborates with instructional designers, media specialists, and producers to develop engaging learning solutions aligned with outcomes, adult learning principles, accessibility standards, and institutional design requirements. The intern contributes to content creation, interactive course development, stakeholder collaboration, and curriculum deliverables while gaining hands-on experience in instructional design.

Support faculty development and instructional quality for ERAU Worldwide by reviewing courses, observing teaching, designing and delivering professional learning, ensuring adherence to best practices and contractual standards, and participating in special projects to improve course management and student success.
