Lead acquisition modeling, diligence, synergy analysis, integration planning, financing considerations, and post-close value creation. Partner with portfolio company leaders, prepare board and investor materials, establish finance standards, and provide clear recommendations on growth, margins, retention, cash conversion, and operating performance.

Build and lead a centralized IT function across a holding company and portfolio. Run acquisition IT workstreams and create a Day 1-100 integration playbook. Select and operate identity and access systems, build joiner/mover/leaver processes, maintain living inventory of tools/accounts/licenses, manage MSP relationships and vendor contracts, and connect back-end systems to the cross-portfolio data platform while engaging business stakeholders.
