Provides technical consulting and field applications support for key customers in the San Francisco Bay Area. Builds customer relationships, defines technical requirements, recommends software and hardware architectures, demonstrates NI platforms, and supports pre- and post-sales engagements. Partners with account managers to develop account strategies, generate technical demand, achieve sales objectives, and guide customers on test and measurement solutions. Requires substantial LabVIEW, TestStand, programming, RF, automated measurement, and customer-facing experience.

Lead strategic account growth across semiconductor, mobility, satellite, and physics sectors. Develop and execute account strategies, identify high-impact opportunities, manage complex long-cycle deals, build executive relationships, and align customer technical needs with NI/Emerson test-and-measurement products and services.

Own and execute regional software growth plans, driving pipeline creation, conversion, adoption, renewals, expansion, and retention. Partner with sales, marketing, product, customer success, channel, and regional teams to align priorities and accelerate performance. Enable sellers and partners with technical messaging and tools, represent customer and field needs, establish operating cadences and metrics, and lead cross-functional initiatives through influence in a global matrixed organization. Travel up to 20%.
