Support laboratory operations by receiving, logging, quality-controlling, preparing, transferring, shipping, and disposing environmental samples. Enter Chain of Custody and analyst data into LIMS, generate reports/invoices, assist clients, maintain equipment, and perform administrative tasks to ensure timely delivery of client-ready results.

Provide administrative support for the laboratory manager and analysts: receive, QC, log, transfer, and ship environmental samples; enter Chain of Custody and analyst data into LIMS; generate reports and invoices; liaise with clients and staff; handle sample-related administration and customer inquiries.

Perform preparation and analysis of air, water, and bulk microbiological samples using classical and advanced methods; enter data into LIMS; maintain and troubleshoot lab equipment; follow QA/QC and sterile techniques; perform administrative tasks including sample login, report generation, and customer communication.
