Lead and scale Encord’s sales organization, owning revenue growth across enterprise and mid-market markets. Hire, coach, and develop sales talent while personally managing sales cycles during ramp-up. Shape go-to-market strategy, expand ideal customer profiles and verticals, position the AI infrastructure product, engage senior technical buyers, represent the company externally, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing.

Own full-cycle recruiting for sales, marketing, partnerships, and broader commercial roles. Partner with senior leaders to define hiring profiles and strategies, build outbound pipelines, conduct candidate screens, manage searches, identify risks, and improve hiring velocity using funnel data. Deliver strong candidate experiences in a fast-paced startup environment while independently managing multiple searches and maintaining high hiring standards.

Build instructional training and screening modules for annotator hiring and onboarding. Define assessment rubrics, grading criteria, and pass/fail thresholds; use production performance data to validate and improve content; and partner with Data Strategy to automate the annotator hiring pipeline. The role requires creating learning and assessment methodology from scratch in a data-driven, operational workforce-training environment.
