Oversee instructional design projects, collaborate with SMEs, ensure instructional soundness and accessibility, analyze LMS and learner data for improvements, and manage timelines, risks, and team performance to align learning with organizational goals.

Manage and grow relationships with manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and trade allies to drive participation in energy-efficiency programs. Conduct outreach, onboarding, training, documentation validation, troubleshooting, and data-driven prioritization; coordinate with internal teams to meet program goals and improve partner experience.
