Establishes technical standards, reviews code, mentors engineers, guides cross-functional initiatives, manages technical risks, supports Agile delivery, and leads incident response, performance optimization, monitoring, automation, and production readiness across multiple teams.

Supports senior executives by managing complex calendars, communications, travel, meetings, expense reports, action items, presentations, and special projects. Coordinates across time zones and executive assistants, handles sensitive information, tracks priorities, and improves administrative workflows. The role requires strong organization, discretion, writing, proofreading, technology skills, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a hybrid office environment.

Supports energy-efficiency program performance through trade ally outreach, relationship management, recruitment, inquiry resolution, documentation validation, CRM updates, participation tracking, and reporting. The role engages manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and other market participants, coordinates communications, supports campaigns and events, researches participation issues, and maintains accurate program records while following established procedures.
