Design, develop, support, and maintain enterprise mainframe applications using COBOL, CICS, IMS, DB2, MQ, VSAM and Netron Frame. Troubleshoot complex integrations, perform performance tuning, manage incidents/service/change requests, create technical documentation, and work within SDLC using ticketing systems and both waterfall and agile methodologies.

Own and grow enterprise client accounts by building executive relationships, driving whitespace expansion and cross-sell of managed services, coordinating with delivery, pricing, and solutions teams, owning account strategy and SFDC stewardship, conducting regular business reviews, and escalating delivery issues. May travel up to 50% to support client engagement and transformation initiatives.

Lead GTM strategy and planning: annual/quarterly market sizing, territory design, quota and comp planning, ICP definition, CAC/ROI frameworks, and executive-ready analytics. Partner cross-functionally, build scalable frameworks, and manage a small team to translate strategy into operational plans.
