The Senior Technical Support Engineer provides advanced technical assistance, troubleshooting complex issues for customers, mentoring junior engineers, and improving processes in a fast-paced environment.

Manages complex payment reconciliations, chargebacks, reversals, ACH and Check 21 returns, settlement adjustments, and escalated client or banking issues. Ensures regulatory and policy compliance, identifies failed-payment trends, improves payment workflows, and supports operational efficiency. Mentors less experienced team members, contributes to cross-functional initiatives, and uses reporting tools and sound judgment to resolve high-impact payment problems.

The role involves identifying clients, generating leads, managing existing relationships, and showcasing product features while negotiating sales agreements in the multifamily housing market.
