Perform QA/QC on site-specific Traffic Control Plans, Caltrans permitting exhibits, and related engineered justification documents for utility work. Coordinate project analysis and drafting, ensure compliance with Caltrans/TCP requirements, and support utility engineering tasks for gas and electric projects.

Develop and maintain detailed Primavera P6 schedules for transmission and substation projects, perform critical path analysis, resource loading, forecasting, monitor progress, identify risks, lead recovery plans, support change control, and collaborate with project, engineering, construction, and program stakeholders to ensure schedule alignment and compliance with client scheduling standards.

Manage and coordinate vegetation management program requests from external and internal stakeholders. Track program activities, delegate and follow up on tasks, facilitate executive-level sessions, produce timely responses, resolve issues, and maintain clear professional written and verbal communication.
