Lead accounting and finance operations for a multi-school nonprofit: oversee payroll and AP, budgeting, audits, GL and financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, reconciliations, fixed assets, grant tracking, MIP fund accounting configuration, stakeholder financial reporting, and provide project management and financial policy documentation.

Lead execution of network-designed operational systems across multiple school sites to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant daily operations. Oversee enrollment, attendance, student services, compliance tasks, staffing coverage, events, and SIS data entry. Coach and train site operations staff, maintain audit-ready records, support recruitment/onboarding activities, and escalate system-level issues to Network Operations. Ensure fidelity to established procedures and readiness for audits and school-day logistics.

Lead and manage special education programs across four campuses, ensuring IEP compliance, coordinating services and transitions, advising on legal requirements, developing staff capacity and professional development, overseeing budgets, SELPA reporting, and serving as liaison to community agencies to support student success.

Conduct individual and group psychological evaluations, develop FBAs/BIPs, provide intervention and consultation to students, families, and staff, coordinate mental health and community services, supervise interns, deliver trainings, and support inclusive special education across Bay Area school sites with regular on-site presence and travel.

Lead daily school office operations and front-office systems while designing and implementing student culture, attendance interventions, family engagement, recruitment, and behavior support. Maintain student records and SIS, ensure compliance, coordinate events and substitutes, partner with staff and families to improve attendance and climate, and support restorative practices to create a safe, inclusive, and achievement-focused school environment.
