Provide onsite IT support, maintain and secure network and hardware across multiple campuses, administer user accounts and device management (Google Workspace, Jamf), troubleshoot systems and AV, manage asset inventory, and collaborate with staff to minimize downtime and support educational goals.

Serve as the front-office face of the school: greet visitors, manage phones, track and update attendance in PowerSchool, provide Spanish translation, administer basic first aid, organize office operations and records, oversee Chromebook distribution and food service, support enrollment and events, and collaborate with school leadership to uphold anti-racist, pro-Black values.

Provide one-on-one and small-group instructional support for secondary students with learning or behavioral needs within a full-inclusion Special Education program. Implement intervention and IEP goals, collect and record progress data, assist with assessments and recordkeeping, collaborate with Special Education and general education teachers, and support compliance and communication under the supervision of Learning Specialists.
