Handle high-volume inbound leads via chat, email, and phone; qualify prospects, create clean handoffs to Account Executives, build product knowledge, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Success to support pipeline growth and team processes.

The Product Designer will lead user experience design for Envoy's platform, focusing on employee and visitor interactions and ensuring design consistency across multiple surfaces. Responsibilities include conducting user research, prototyping, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining the design system. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in product design, particularly in B2B SaaS, and a strong portfolio.
