Collaborate with product development and QA teams, improve automation and continuous integration, evaluate emerging technologies, and support reliable, scalable distribution solutions.

Lead and grow a global Forward Deployed Engineering team to build a next-generation AI agent platform; drive AI adoption across the software lifecycle; manage delivery, hiring, and performance; partner with product and engineering to design cloud-native Azure solutions using Python and C#; collaborate with customers to validate use cases and convert feedback into reusable platform features.

Lead a forward-deployed engineering team to build customer-specific, production-ready software. Partner with customers to identify automation opportunities, design and deploy cloud-native solutions, stay hands-on in architecture and development, mentor engineers, and collaborate across product, platform, and customer success to turn recurring needs into reusable capabilities.

Manage customer ERP portfolios and major billable programs, aligning initiatives with strategic goals, ROI, and business value. Oversee roadmaps, delivery scope, schedules, budgets, financial performance, utilization, resource allocation, risks, change management, and benefits realization. Serve as a trusted executive advisor and primary liaison across customers, vendors, and internal teams. Lead governance, reporting, escalations, stakeholder communication, and opportunities to expand Epicor solutions.

Leads customer-facing consulting and professional services engagements from planning through completion. Coordinates delivery, project risk, profitability, scope, pricing, and customer outcomes across multiple engagements. Partners with sales, support, consultants, executives, and internal teams; leads project kickoffs, steering committees, escalations, and customer presentations. Supports proposals, work plans, delivery strategy, and large-scale deployments. Requires 8+ years of relevant experience, strong communication and project leadership skills, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
