Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain enterprise applications, services, APIs, and frameworks. Collaborate cross-functionally, use AI-assisted tools, follow CI/CD and automated testing practices, contribute to performance, security, and engineering improvements, and deliver high-quality, scalable cloud-based solutions.

Lead architecture and development of enterprise-scale, cloud-native software products. Design scalable, secure microservices and AI-enabled features, guide engineering decisions, mentor senior developers, drive CI/CD/DevSecOps practices, evaluate emerging technologies, and collaborate across Product, QA, DevOps, Security, and Engineering to deliver reliable, performant solutions.

Lead end-to-end product development for analytics-driven applications, define product strategy, guide technical teams, integrate and optimize Oracle database solutions and BI tools (MicroStrategy), manage delivery using JIRA, and support system operations on Linux to deliver scalable analytics products.

Provide phone/email/chat technical support for Epicor applications: diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, test, document, and escalate software issues. Maintain service quality, update customers and management, perform complex remote testing, and attend product training.

Lead design, development, testing, and release of software systems; provide technical leadership, mentorship, and training; drive CI/automation and best practices; collaborate with QA and cross-functional teams; represent Epicor externally.

Participate in consulting engagements performing implementation tasks and producing deliverables. Work independently on smaller projects, coordinate with project managers and cross-functional teams, identify risks, meet utilization targets, and demonstrate functional knowledge of ERP/EDI modules for manufacturing and supply chain.

Implement and customize Epicor Eclipse ERP solutions for clients, mentor professional services consultants, configure software, deliver training and support, collaborate to understand business processes, ensure client satisfaction, meet project goals and timelines, and travel regularly to client sites.
