Provide application support for BisTrack and Microsoft Dynamics GP: investigate and document support cases, perform root cause analysis, liaise with development and QA, explain accounting processes to customers, manage and communicate case updates, and travel to US user conferences.

Lead and grow a global Forward Deployed Engineering team to build a next-generation AI agent platform; drive AI adoption across the software lifecycle; manage delivery, hiring, and performance; partner with product and engineering to design cloud-native Azure solutions using Python and C#; collaborate with customers to validate use cases and convert feedback into reusable platform features.

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications, services, APIs, and frameworks. Participate in architecture and code reviews, leverage AI-assisted development, build automation and CI/CD tooling, enforce secure coding and engineering standards, estimate work, identify risks, and mentor developers to improve team productivity and quality.
