Serves as a trusted advisor and operating partner to the Chief Product Officer and Chief Innovation Officer. Shapes strategic priorities, improves executive decision-making, drives cross-functional initiatives, resolves dependencies, identifies risks, represents executive intent, and prepares leadership and Board communications. The role requires strong business judgment, ownership, discretion, product and AI fluency, and the ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.

Supports manufacturing customers and account teams through Epicor Kinetic SaaS conversions. Assesses migration scope, readiness, risks, and cloud compatibility; reviews Analyzer results; supports Statements of Work; coordinates custom and technical solutions; communicates conversion processes; and hands off projects to Consulting. The role also helps increase SaaS adoption and requires customer presentations, ERP expertise, and some travel.

Drives sales of Epicor FP&A solutions to existing ERP customers and new prospects. Serves as the FP&A subject-matter expert, conducting discovery, demonstrations, workshops, executive presentations, business cases, and ROI discussions. Develops opportunity plans, forecasts, stakeholder maps, and CRM updates while partnering with account managers, ERP sellers, consultants, product teams, and other stakeholders. Requires enterprise software sales experience, specialized FP&A expertise, consultative selling skills, and periodic travel.
