Support unitization and division order processes by advising leadership, performing division order calculations, clearing wells/units, filing recordings, maintaining SOX compliance, assisting accounting and Salesforce case investigations, and producing landowner division orders. Hybrid role with occasional in-office attendance.

Lead EQT's STAQ team to manage the Special Project Case pipeline: intake, prioritization, scoping, architecture governance, delivery handoffs, value realization, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement while developing the team and managing budget/capacity.

Review and interpret title abstracts, title opinions, and related documents; identify ownership and curative actions; communicate findings; enter data into company systems; support well clearing, payments, turn-in-line, due diligence, and owner inquiries.
