The role oversees solution development, executive relationships, technical win rates, account expansion, customer architecture discussions, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, customer success, professional services, and operations. The leader also establishes scalable methodologies, influences product strategy, develops technical talent, and serves as the senior escalation point for strategic opportunities.

Leads product and technical marketing for Equinix’s portfolio, developing positioning, messaging, demos, launches, thought leadership, customer segmentation, market intelligence, analyst relations, customer references, and advisory boards. Partners with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to communicate product value, uncover customer insights, support enterprise demand generation, and guide go-to-market priorities.
