Lead end-to-end test architecture and infrastructure from pre-silicon to high-volume manufacturing for high-speed Ethernet switch and PHY SOCs. Own ATE and SLT test program development, test board design, SI/PI, vendor/OSAT management, DFT/DFM/DFD requirements, and automotive qualification processes to ensure scalable, automotive-grade production testability.

Lead end-to-end product development from NPI to high-volume manufacturing for high-speed Ethernet switch and PHY products. Own test strategy, characterization, ATE-to-system correlation, yield improvement, manufacturing flow, and automotive qualification (IATF 16949, ISO 26262, PPAP). Collaborate with design, SW/FW, DFT, test houses, foundries and OSATs to meet automotive quality, cost, and performance targets.

Lead the development lifecycle of complex integrated circuits, ensuring adherence to industry standards, managing customer relationships, and overseeing compliance and quality throughout projects.
