Own day-to-day San Francisco office operations, including facilities, supplies, vendors, access, equipment, and new-hire setup. Lead employee experience initiatives, culture programs, events, gifting, swag operations, and 8–10 annual company offsites. Support executive and cross-functional projects while managing budgets, timelines, vendors, communications, and administrative tasks.

Build and maintain scalable full-stack systems and APIs, collaborate with PMs and engineers to design and ship features, optimize performance and Core Web Vitals, participate in code reviews, write engineering requirements, and work with infrastructure, monitoring, and third-party engagement platforms.

Lead sales agent onboarding, ramp, skills training, coaching, and remedial development across direct-to-consumer sales teams. Build training curricula, refine scripts, analyze AI-generated call insights, run script experiments, enable managers, and translate product and sales-floor feedback into actionable training. The role requires hands-on facilitation, sales acumen, autonomous program building, and continuous measurement and improvement of agent performance.
