Lead organic social strategy for Ethos and a new brand across LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube and emerging channels. Create, edit, publish, and repurpose short- and long-form content; build AI-powered workflows; manage UGC and influencer partnerships; monitor KPIs; engage community; collaborate with paid and creative teams; and appear on camera as needed.

The Director of Revenue Operations will lead B2C operations, driving revenue growth while managing a team and optimizing Salesforce workflows.
