As Clinical Lead in Oncology, you will manage a team of RVTs and Veterinary Assistants, train staff, and oversee patient care quality.

Serve as the primary HR partner for multiple Bay Area specialty and emergency veterinary hospitals. Provide employee relations, coaching, performance management, investigations, leave and accommodation guidance, recruiting/onboarding support, and workforce analysis. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, partner with HR Centers of Excellence, and travel regularly across sites while maintaining flexibility to support a 24/7 clinical environment.

Lead and support clinical teams in a busy specialty and emergency veterinary hospital. Oversee staffing, onboarding, training, SOPs, workforce planning, performance management, compliance, and process improvements to ensure excellent patient care and client service.

Provide basic patient care and maintain cleanliness of kennels, runs, treatment and exam rooms. Feed and monitor patients, wash dishes and laundry, stock supplies, assist veterinarians and technicians as directed, and follow protocols to ensure a safe, sanitary hospital environment.
