Lead and support clinical teams in a busy specialty and emergency veterinary hospital. Oversee staffing, onboarding, training, SOPs, workforce planning, performance management, compliance, and process improvements to ensure excellent patient care and client service.

Provide basic patient care and maintain cleanliness of kennels, runs, treatment and exam rooms. Feed and monitor patients, wash dishes and laundry, stock supplies, assist veterinarians and technicians as directed, and follow protocols to ensure a safe, sanitary hospital environment.

The Referral Relationship Manager drives growth by enhancing partnerships with veterinary practices through outreach, marketing, and relationship management, while coordinating events and community engagement.
