Partner with design, research, engineering, legal, and customers to build reliable, performant, and secure data collection workflows, navigate third-party API dependencies, enable emerging formats and AI/agent integrations, and drive performance, debugging, and compliance improvements.

Manage Everlaw’s 12-month SaaS and IT contract renewal pipeline, preventing unfavorable auto-renewals and securing cost savings through usage analysis, license right-sizing, and negotiation. Coordinate Legal, Security, IT, Compliance, and Finance reviews; administer ZIP procurement records; and maintain renewal, spend, and savings data. The role requires at least five years of procurement experience, strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills, and careful management of high-volume contract deadlines.

Own go-to-market strategy and product launches for Everlaw’s legal audience. Develop positioning, messaging, sales enablement, campaigns, and customer-facing content to support enterprise sales, generate pipeline, and grow revenue. Research legal-team needs and competitors, translate technical capabilities into customer value, and collaborate with Product, GTM, Demand Gen, and Content teams to influence prioritization and execution.

Develop and execute partner marketing strategies, joint go-to-market campaigns, co-marketing collateral, events, communications, enablement programs, and partner training. Manage partner relationships, budgets, campaign performance, ROI reporting, and market analysis while collaborating with sales, marketing, business development, and program management teams to grow Everlaw’s partner channel.

Design, launch, and manage scalable partner programs, including tiers, benefits, onboarding, enablement, certification, communications, governance, and portal operations. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across business development, sales, marketing, customer success, legal, and operations. Monitor partner adoption and program health using data and feedback to improve processes and engagement. Serve as the primary external leader for Everlaw’s partner ecosystem and develop predictable routes to market.

Own the operating model for a product design team, including planning, delivery, readiness reviews, cross-functional processes, design operations frameworks, resource tracking, and leadership reporting. The role improves visibility, predictability, quality, and collaboration across Design, Product, Engineering, Research, and Technical Writing while supporting staffing and capacity planning.

Build and release end-to-end product features, from architecture through deployment. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Developer Operations; debug complex issues across a large-scale codebase; improve platform reliability; document systems; and share technical knowledge. The role includes mentorship and onboarding support while working across the technology stack.

Design, build, and scale AI engines, conversational assistants, context-aware agents, and workflow automations for go-to-market teams. Own the GTM AI roadmap, trusted data and knowledge architecture, AI governance, production monitoring, adoption, and value realization. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Product, and Systems leaders to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions and measure their impact.

Review, redline, and negotiate SaaS, vendor, software licensing, procurement, and other commercial agreements. Maintain contract playbooks and standard forms, advise Sales and Finance on revenue and billing terms, answer contract questions, and incorporate approved AI tools into legal workflows. The role requires managing multiple deal streams, monitoring developments in SaaS, AI, data privacy, and cloud technology, and working onsite three days weekly in Oakland.

Drive technical alignment and program execution across Engineering by partnering with software engineers and managers, managing roadmaps, dependencies, milestones, and blockers. Build automation workflows and self-service tools using AWS, Salesforce, Fivetran, Jira, and GitHub. Define and sanitize usage datasets, create business intelligence visualizations, synthesize complex information for leadership, and apply project management best practices to improve engineering velocity and decision-making.
