Design, launch, and manage scalable partner programs, including tiers, benefits, onboarding, enablement, certification, communications, governance, and portal operations. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across business development, sales, marketing, customer success, legal, and operations. Monitor partner adoption and program health using data and feedback to improve processes and engagement. Serve as the primary external leader for Everlaw’s partner ecosystem and develop predictable routes to market.

Own the operating model for a product design team, including planning, delivery, readiness reviews, cross-functional processes, design operations frameworks, resource tracking, and leadership reporting. The role improves visibility, predictability, quality, and collaboration across Design, Product, Engineering, Research, and Technical Writing while supporting staffing and capacity planning.

Designs human-centered product experiences for an AI-powered legal platform, translating complex litigation workflows and data into accessible interfaces. Responsibilities include discovery through launch, prototyping, production specifications, user research, cross-functional collaboration, design-system development, and integrating AI tools such as Cursor and Claude Design into the design process. The role also requires developing deep product knowledge through platform certification.
