Lead Exa’s talent acquisition strategy, recruiting team, systems, and execution during rapid growth. Manage hiring across research, engineering, go-to-market, and leadership functions; personally conduct executive and specialized technical searches; partner with founders and hiring managers; establish hiring standards; improve recruiting operations using data and internal AI tools; and strengthen the candidate experience and employer brand.

Support Exa’s go-to-market organization by optimizing sales and customer success processes, analyzing business performance, managing vendors, maintaining revenue operations, creating enterprise sales materials, running growth experiments, enabling sales teams, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives and strategic deals.
