Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure Azure-based RESTful APIs and backend services using C# and modern .NET. Provide technical ownership across design, deployment, monitoring, performance optimization, security (Azure AD/OAuth/OpenID Connect/JWT), CI/CD, and production troubleshooting. Lead design reviews, mentor engineers, and improve cloud architecture and engineering best practices.

Serve as primary client contact for Medicare and commercial pharmacy product requests; manage PDE submissions and reconciliations, ensure Part D regulatory compliance, track updates, coordinate reporting, resolve client issues, support help desk and administrative tasks.

Senior leader owning strategic relationships with assigned payers to drive network access, retention, reimbursement performance, and enterprise revenue. Leads executive engagement, cross-functional collaboration, payer performance monitoring, governance, and development of scalable processes for the Strategic Payer Relations function.
