Develop and maintain a Ruby on Rails EHR platform across front-end and back-end layers. Resolve production defects, build features, optimize SQL queries, write automated tests, participate in Agile delivery, and follow secure development practices for PHI. Collaborate with product, QA, and engineering teams while using AI-assisted development tools. Healthcare, EHR, interoperability, HIPAA, pharmacy workflow, CI/CD, and modern front-end experience are required or preferred.

Designs, implements, manages, and troubleshoots traditional and VoIP telephony systems, including call flows, reporting, mobile devices, fax lines, and new-location rollouts. Partners with IT and business teams to support telephony goals, regulatory compliance, customer experience, and partner agreements. Requires Five9 administration and scripting, reporting, technical support, and telecommunications experience. This remote role includes 10–20% travel and occasional after-hours availability.

Designs, develops, maintains, and optimizes complex data systems, SQL/ETL processes, reporting solutions, and .NET applications supporting pharmacy benefit management. Responsibilities include database performance tuning, data warehousing, troubleshooting pharmacy claims, technical specification development, software testing, cloud integration, stakeholder collaboration, Agile participation, and mentoring. The role requires strong SQL Server, dimensional modeling, cloud database, Python, PowerShell, and healthcare data standards expertise.
