Senior Mechanical Engineer/Project Manager responsible for designing and specifying building mechanical/HVAC systems for life-sciences, pharmaceutical, and critical facilities. Duties include Revit/AutoCAD drawings, load calculations, one-line diagrams, equipment selection, controls sequencing, specifications, coordination with disciplines, client/vendor meetings, RFIs/submittal review, site visits, and managing project deliverables and schedules with limited senior oversight.

Lead MEP mechanical design for science/technology and life sciences buildings: qualify RFPs, manage projects and clients, produce SD/DD/CD deliverables, perform equipment selection and HVAC system design, mentor staff, and ensure QA/QC and code compliance.
