Provides an excellent in-store shopping experience, assists customers, processes transactions, promotes credit and loyalty programs, resolves service issues, and maintains clean, organized sales and stock areas. The role also includes stocking, folding merchandise, supporting product launches, following safety procedures, and meeting availability requirements for nights, weekends, and non-business hours.

Leads daily sales-floor and stockroom operations, coaches and trains associates, supports scheduling and coverage, oversees checkout, manages merchandise flow and omni-channel operations, resolves customer issues, and helps execute product launches, visual standards, promotions, and store action plans.

Provides in-store customer service and sales support while performing keyholder duties, including opening and closing procedures, register balancing, deposits, security activation, checkout overrides, merchandising changes, and maintaining sales-floor organization. Processes transactions, resolves customer issues, promotes credit and loyalty programs, and communicates with store management. Requires availability for nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
