Oversees multi-cloud infrastructure, networking, middleware, data services, incident escalation, root-cause resolution, compliance, observability, automation, and operational improvements. Builds and mentors the Cloud Operations organization while ensuring 24/7 global support and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead Identity & Access Management as a platform service for Extreme Platform ONE. Define identity architecture, governance, and roadmap for humans and autonomous agents. Design agent identity models, SLAs, provisioning, token lifecycle, auditability, and escalation mechanisms. Write product requirements, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive adoption, and represent customer needs for enterprise-scale identity and compliance.
