Lead the design and scaling of Extreme Platform ONE’s performance-monitoring data platform. Build high-throughput Kafka and Numaflow ingestion pipelines, enrich telemetry, and manage storage across ClickHouse, TimescaleDB, and Elasticsearch. Optimize queries, indexing, partitioning, retention, scalability, and reliability while performing capacity planning and load testing. Collaborate with platform, data, QA, and engineering teams; support secure coding, performance testing, CI/CD, documentation, and operational improvements.

Lead architecture and development of scalable, secure, cloud-native software platforms for intelligent networking, distributed data processing, real-time analytics, and AI agent experiences. Design high-volume, low-latency systems; guide software development across the full lifecycle; mentor engineers; and solve complex technical problems involving microservices, network telemetry, cloud infrastructure, and generative AI.

Leads North American Cloud Operations teams responsible for reliable, secure, scalable production services across AWS, GCP, and Azure. Oversees multi-cloud infrastructure, networking, middleware, data services, incident escalation, root-cause resolution, compliance, observability, automation, and operational improvements. Builds and mentors the Cloud Operations organization while ensuring 24/7 global support and cross-functional collaboration.
