Jobs at F2

Build and ship end-to-end full-stack software features for F2’s AI-driven financial platform. Develop critical platform components, integrate LLMs, retrieval, or agents, improve scalability and reliability, establish engineering standards, and mentor engineers. Collaborate with product, security, and go-to-market teams to deliver production-ready capabilities for private markets and commercial banking customers.

Own F2’s product marketing function, including positioning, messaging, product launches, sales enablement, customer and market insights, competitive intelligence, content strategy, social narrative, and paid creative support. Translate complex AI capabilities into commercial value for enterprise financial buyers while partnering closely with Product, Growth, Sales, Customer Success, leadership, and external contributors.

Lead end-to-end product design for F2’s B2B AI platform, from user research and ideation through prototyping, interaction design, and final UI. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to create intuitive workflows, maintain scalable design systems, and improve adoption and engagement. The role requires navigating ambiguity, collaborating cross-functionally, and designing experiences where human judgment and AI capabilities intersect.

Lead design and build of AWS-based infrastructure from 0→1, implement IaC and CI/CD, operate AI/data workloads (Temporal, streaming, vector search, LLM inference), ensure SOC 2–grade security and multi-tenant isolation, establish SLOs/incident response, and mentor engineers while partnering with product and customers.
