Teams at F5

Provides desktop and helpdesk support for F5 employees by deploying and troubleshooting Windows, macOS, mobile devices, productivity software, printers, conferencing equipment, and network connectivity. Manages IT assets and tickets in ServiceNow, supports user and device accounts in Azure, assists with onboarding and hardware deployment, documents resolutions, maintains knowledge-base articles, and escalates issues when needed. The role is full-time and based in San Jose with on-site or hybrid work.

Owns the People Analytics technology portfolio, including Visier, Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI. Leads people-data architecture, SQL development, integrations, data governance, security, compliance, dashboards, analytics products, stakeholder consulting, user training, and adoption. Partners with IT and People & Culture leaders to translate business needs into technical solutions and improve workforce-data decision-making. Requires advanced HR analytics, Visier, Snowflake, visualization, ETL, data governance, and stakeholder-management expertise.

Develop and maintain software applications and systems through design, coding, testing, debugging, integration, documentation, and code reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and peers to deliver data-driven solutions, support production systems, and enhance product quality. This role is exclusively for former F5 Summer 2026 interns who hold or are pursuing a relevant bachelor's degree and can work onsite.
