Apply typography, color, layout, branding, design systems, style guides, micro-interactions, transitions, and animations. Produce prototypes and design documentation such as redlines and style guides using Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and InVision while collaborating across teams.

Develops marketing data, reporting, and analytics solutions using SQL, SAS, Hadoop, and Linux. Responsibilities include data profiling, process design, dataset and report development, multi-source integration, requirements translation, solution validation, and application management. Collaborates with analytics, product, business analysis, data analysis, and reporting teams using agile practices.

Designs and supports Oracle Transportation Management technical architecture, customizations, integrations, configurations, automation agents, XSLs, and custom screen sets. The role requires holistic, cost-effective solution design across Oracle, SAP, and legacy applications. It also leads a team of at least 10 associates and requires strong communication, presentation, mentoring, motivation, and collaboration skills. Candidates should have completed at least four full OTM implementations or support engagements.
