Leads national payer sales strategy for a virtual care and digital health platform. Designs, deploys, and maintains resilient AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure. Builds automation, GitHub Actions components, internal AI-assisted operational tools, and observability systems. Leads incident response, postmortems, and SLO/SLI management while ensuring HIPAA compliance and high availability. Collaborates across teams on architecture reviews, risk reduction, clinical safety, and reliability best practices.

Manage end-to-end provider enrollment and re-credentialing for commercial and government payers during a six-month contract. Maintain CAQH profiles, NPI data, TIN attachments, and enrollment files; track applications, resolve documentation gaps, secure effective dates, and prevent coverage lapses. Serve as the primary contact for MCOs and health plan representatives while ensuring compliance with payer, state licensing, NCQA, and URAC requirements.

Provides virtual urgent care, primary care, weight management, chronic disease, metabolic health, mental health, and preventive care to patients nationwide. Conducts video assessments, diagnoses conditions, creates treatment plans, prescribes non-controlled medications, orders diagnostics, documents encounters in the EMR, and coordinates referrals or escalation. Physicians work remotely as independent contractors with flexible late-afternoon, evening, Friday, and Saturday shifts.

Develop and productionize AI systems, including LLM applications, RAG, classification, summarization, NLP, speech, and conversational AI. Build Python backend services and APIs, automated evaluation and monitoring pipelines, responsible-AI safeguards, and cloud-native deployments on AWS and Kubernetes. Collaborate with product, medical, and engineering teams to optimize AI systems for latency, scale, reliability, and real-world healthcare applications.

Lead Fabric's security program and corporate IT operations, including identity, endpoint, cloud, application, and vendor security. Hire and manage a small team, run incident response, handle customer security questionnaires, partner on SOC2/HITRUST/HIPAA control implementation, and set practical security policy while remaining hands-on in operations and tooling.

Serve as the primary technical advisor for clients integrating with Fabric's API platform: design architectures, debug integrations, ship minor API/SDK improvements, build developer resources, and communicate changes to ensure successful headless virtual care implementations.

Lead payer-vertical sales strategy and execution: cultivate executive relationships at national health plans, manage complex enterprise SaaS/telehealth deals from prospecting to close, maintain CRM pipeline and forecasts, leverage AI tools, and partner cross-functionally to drive revenue and inform product strategy.

Own and operate the full-stack application surfaces of a live patient-facing product: embeddable React/TypeScript widget, clinician portal, and Python service layer. Advise and make architectural decisions, integrate AI Intake features, ship versioned shared surfaces, keep dependencies current, and mentor junior engineers while partnering closely with AI/ML teammates to coordinate application and model work.

Lead clinical quality and safety for Medical Intelligence team: build and validate clinical logic and AI-driven protocols, set evidence standards, run reviews, support technical analyses, represent Fabric to clients, and ensure deliverables meet clinical safety before deployment.

Lead and grow employer channel partnerships with benefits consultants, brokers, and alliances to drive distribution of Fabric's virtual care platform. Own partner relationships, develop joint go-to-market strategies, build pipeline, track partnership performance, collaborate with Sales/Marketing/Client Success, represent Fabric at events, and provide market feedback to Product and Strategy.

Lead design, development, delivery, and maintenance of high-performance web applications for Provider Directory and Scheduling. Collaborate cross-functionally, mentor engineers, resolve performance and concurrency issues, build integrations with EHRs, and improve reservation/resource-sharing systems to ensure secure, well-tested, and documented solutions.

Lead technical vision and architecture for a scalable virtual care platform. Architect and develop Ruby on Rails backend, build React front end, guide technical decisions, collaborate cross-functionally, drive adoption of new technologies, and contribute to long-term product roadmap while mentoring engineers.

Design, build, and own reliable, secure, and performant production systems for clinical workflows. Make high-stakes technical decisions, improve code and designs via reviews, collaborate with product/design/clinical experts, debug and harden complex systems, and help shape technical and architectural direction at senior levels.
