Leads national payer sales strategy for a virtual care and digital health platform. Responsibilities include building executive relationships with health plans, developing pipeline, managing complex enterprise sales cycles, negotiating strategic deals, presenting tailored value propositions, forecasting in CRM tools, using AI-enabled sales technology, and sharing market insights with product and internal teams. Requires deep payer expertise, strong quota performance, and experience selling virtual care or telehealth solutions.

Designs, deploys, and maintains resilient AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure. Builds automation, GitHub Actions components, internal AI-assisted operational tools, and observability systems. Leads incident response, postmortems, and SLO/SLI management while ensuring HIPAA compliance and high availability. Collaborates across teams on architecture reviews, risk reduction, clinical safety, and reliability best practices.

Manage end-to-end provider enrollment and re-credentialing for commercial and government payers during a six-month contract. Maintain CAQH profiles, NPI data, TIN attachments, and enrollment files; track applications, resolve documentation gaps, secure effective dates, and prevent coverage lapses. Serve as the primary contact for MCOs and health plan representatives while ensuring compliance with payer, state licensing, NCQA, and URAC requirements.
