Teams at Factory

Build and scale Factory’s partner marketing function from the ground up. Develop joint campaigns, events, enablement, account-based programs, MDF operations, partner engagement, and attribution frameworks across cloud, AI, systems integration, and technology partners. Collaborate with sales, alliances, product marketing, and field marketing to generate partner-sourced pipeline, accelerate deals, measure ROI, and improve execution through AI and automation.

Build and lead Factory’s Mid-Market Solutions Engineering team, hiring and coaching engineers while establishing lifecycle processes for discovery, demos, pilots, security reviews, production rollout, adoption, and expansion. Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering; manage technical win rates and pilot outcomes; support complex customer evaluations and deployments; and represent field insights internally.

Own Factory’s website end to end, including visual direction, layouts, prototyping, frontend development, animation, accessibility, performance, launches, and ongoing improvements. Build product pages, campaign experiences, interactive demonstrations, and reusable components while partnering with Design, Marketing, and Product. Use analytics, feedback, and experimentation to improve engagement and conversion.
