The Client Solutions Intern supports client-facing and sales teams through account shadowing, client projects, user training, strategic initiatives, mock demonstrations, and client interactions. The role includes comprehensive training, exposure to financial technology solutions, independent project work, and presenting findings to senior management. Successful candidates demonstrate interest in finance or fintech, strong communication and analytical skills, teamwork, relationship-building ability, technology learning aptitude, and Excel proficiency.

Provides client-facing support for FactSet financial software, helping investment professionals improve workflows, adopt products, and use custom models, screens, and automated processes.
