Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a major product area supporting clinical development workflows. Lead customer discovery, AI product development, product analytics, prioritization, delivery, and adoption. Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Design, clinical experts, customers, and executives to deliver transparent, measurable AI-enabled capabilities using structured data, LLMs, retrieval systems, and automation. Mentor associate product managers and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Develop and deliver scalable, distributed SaaS features for a clinical-trial software platform. Responsibilities include architecture and hands-on development, engineering best practices, technology innovation, cross-service and AI-powered feature integration, real-time systems, customer-focused product delivery, and mentoring software engineers. The role collaborates closely with a fast-moving team and contributes to the product roadmap.

Own the platform and integration strategy for a clinical trial software platform. Translate customer and partner requirements into technical specifications, define integration roadmaps, design and validate solutions, and lead integrations through launch. Establish platform standards, evaluate ecosystem opportunities, measure performance and adoption, and ensure interoperability, reliability, security, and regulatory compliance across clinical systems.
