Create interaction patterns, prototypes, and polished designs that integrate AI, simplify complex workflows, and scale across the platform. Conduct user research, usability testing, and contribute to the design system while mentoring other designers.

Lead automation testing efforts, design frameworks, mentor teams, ensure software QA, and drive continuous improvement for clinical trial software.

The Senior Manual QA Engineer will ensure system reliability, design test strategies, execute test cases, mentor engineers, and improve QA methodologies within a SaaS platform.
