Build customer-specific integrations, dashboards, data pipelines, and data transformations for the Faros platform. Work directly with customers to understand technical challenges, support evaluations and proofs of concept, communicate solutions, and iterate based on feedback. Collaborate with senior engineers and account executives, identify recurring customer needs, influence product roadmaps, and progressively assume greater ownership while using AI-powered development tools.

Own and define a major area of Faros’s AI-native product line. Develop agentic workflows, evaluation and intelligence layers, and integrations with engineering context. Form product hypotheses, prototype with models and tools, collaborate with engineering and design, engage customers, analyze agent performance, and rapidly iterate toward strong customer and business outcomes.

Build Lighthouse AI, an intelligence engine for engineering organizations. Develop scalable ML infrastructure, LLM-powered interfaces, causal analysis models, data exploration tools, prompt engineering strategies, evaluation frameworks, and feedback loops for enterprise AI agents. Fine-tune models for performance, latency, and cost, integrate AI features into product experiences, and apply current research to business problems while collaborating across product, data, and engineering teams.

Lead product marketing for Faros in the AI engineering market. Own messaging, positioning, website copy, product launches, campaigns, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, gated assets, customer proof, technical content, and webinars. Partner with company leadership, product, sales, and demand generation teams while maintaining high standards for technical accuracy and writing quality. Track pipeline and campaign impact to refine strategy and influence engineering buyers, analysts, and investors.
