Mission 🚀

At Faros, we are reshaping the way engineering organizations operate, with an engineering intelligence platform that provides visibility and context across the organization's software delivery systems. This deep operational context supports engineering leaders today, and is increasingly essential as AI agents begin to operate within real software delivery environments. Faros is laying the foundation for how humans and AI will build software together in the years ahead.

About the role

We are looking for a driven Enterprise Account Executive to help us extend Faros AI’s position with enterprise customers and unlock our customers’ enormous potential.

Responsibilities may include:
  1. Develop and maintain a pipeline of enterprise opportunities.

  2. Managing enterprise accounts through the entire sales process.

  3. Participating in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition.

  4. Building relationships with C-level executives and key customer contacts for the purpose of managing prospect relationships, identifying new opportunities, and maximizing revenue.

What we care about:
  1. You are an owner. At Faros, we place a premium on individual responsibility and ownership. This means, for instance, that you pick up the trash when you see it. In turn, we trust you to prioritize your time to have the most impact, and provide you with maximal information to be able to decide on your priorities intelligently.

  2. You value being part of a team. At Faros, we believe in winning as a team. Our guiding principle is to act in the best interests of the team, with the belief that all else will follow.

  3. You’re always learning. Start-ups are rapidly evolving businesses. There will constantly be new scenarios and challenges coming your way, and you have to thrive in all the new learnings.

Required Qualifications:
  1. 8+ years of experience selling Enterprise IT solutions with a consistent track record of success.

  2. Experience pursuing and closing six- and seven-figure deals.

  3. Early-stage start-up experience.

  4. Exemplary communication skills — both written and oral.

  5. High integrity & self-driven
