Participate in a management training program to learn service center operations, supervise loading/unloading and processing of shipments, assist with interviewing, scheduling, coaching, safety compliance, and operational performance improvement.

Supervise dock operations to ensure timely, damage-free shipments. Lead, train, schedule and coach employees; monitor safety, DOT/OSHA compliance, freight classification, OS&D processing, performance data, customer communications, and cost/efficiency improvements. Perform administrative tasks and assist with quotes, claims, and appointments.

Lead and manage multiple facilities programs and projects including network expansions, capital and technology projects, and maintenance. Prioritize work, optimize assets using data, manage vendors and budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, develop policies, and deliver projects on time and to specification.
