Own Fello’s sales operating system, including forecasting, pipeline hygiene, territory and capacity planning, quota inputs, compensation mechanics, seller performance analytics, and KPI definitions. Manage the roadmap for the RevenueOS application, write requirements for GTM Systems and AI Engineering teams, and deploy AI-enabled sales operations capabilities. Partner closely with Sales and Revenue leadership to improve forecast accuracy, seller accountability, and scalable revenue execution.

Owner of end-to-end finance: monthly close, GAAP compliance, ASC 606 revenue recognition, tax, reporting, and audit readiness. Build automated workflows between billing and accounting systems, maintain SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, churn), keep diligence-ready financial data room, and partner on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis. Hands-on operator using AI to automate finance workflows and scale the function.
