Lead and manage a nursery team to deliver outstanding early years education (EYFS/Birth to 5 Matters). Maintain safeguarding, health & safety and Ofsted readiness, build family and community relationships, drive quality, occupancy and staff development, and champion Fennies’ curriculum and culture.
