Manages full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments, including job advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, background checks, onboarding, and candidate relationship management. Partners with hiring managers and HR leaders to define staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, ensure lawful hiring practices, and provide recruitment training. Maintains recruiting metrics, manages agencies and educational partnerships, supports employer brand initiatives, and stays current on employment law and recruiting best practices.

Leads firmwide adoption of AI tools in partnership with attorneys and paralegals. Translates legal workflows into scalable AI solutions, manages platform configuration, supports AI governance and risk practices, and develops communications and training programs. The role requires hands-on AI platform expertise, strong project management, legal workflow knowledge, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to identify and address risks in AI-enabled legal work.

Provides administrative and legal support for patent prosecution matters. Responsibilities include generating patent portfolio reports, preparing and filing USPTO documents, managing assignments and declarations, organizing file histories, monitoring patent deadlines, drafting and proofreading correspondence and filings, and coordinating with attorneys, patent agents, paralegals, inventors, clients, and vendors. The role requires strong organization, calendaring, database, document-management, and communication skills, along with 2–3 years of patent prosecution experience.
