Owner and SME for the CMDB responsible for governance, data quality, automation, discovery, integrations, and reconciliation. Lead CMDB strategy, collaborate with infrastructure, security, network, and asset teams, provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver documentation, training, and stakeholder communication. Drive improvements using APIs, automation, and AI capabilities.

Lead development of ceiling fan controls and systems including AC/DC/BLDC motor controls, RF/Wi‑Fi/Bluetooth smart-home integration, PCB and 3D CAD design, prototyping and testing, supplier coordination, performance optimization (airflow, noise, energy), compliance, and mentoring junior engineers while supporting post-production troubleshooting.

Lead and manage automation projects from initiation to completion, coordinating contractors, EPCs, sales, vendors, and fabrication. Provide technical recommendations, prepare documentation and submittals, run project meetings and status updates, drive process improvements, and align projects with company product strategy to meet schedule, scope, and budget.
