Owns retention analytics for a new Loyalty & Retention organization, including churn definitions, survival analysis, forecasting, experimentation, acquisition attribution, satisfaction analysis, payment recovery, and save-desk performance. The role builds reporting and predictive models from scratch, partners with BI and actuarial teams, influences cross-functional decisions, and presents retention findings and forecasts to executives.

Drive sales growth across a Central U.S. territory by managing shelter partnerships, meeting new business and wellness targets, and leading 10–12 Shelter Sales Agents. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, training, performance management, onsite partner visits, territory administration, budget oversight, competitive product communication, and opportunity identification. The role requires a valid or newly obtained Property & Casualty license, reliable transportation, and regional travel.

Leads regional shelter sales growth for Fetch by managing 10–12 shelter sales agents, achieving territory sales targets, hiring and developing representatives, building shelter partnerships, conducting onsite visits, managing budgets, and supporting new business and wellness sales. Requires a P&C license, reliable automobile, and travel throughout the assigned territory and to company events.
